Garlic Shrimp & Asparagus Farfalle Ingredients: 1 lb farfalle 2 T Old Bay seasoning 3 T olive oil 1 1/2 lb medium shrimp, peeled, deveined 1 lb asparagus, trimmed, blanched 1 med. onion, sliced thin 1 med. red bell pepper, sliced thin 8 oz sliced mushrooms salt and pepper to taste 1/2 C low-sodium chicken broth 1/2 C Golden Whisk Metro Garlique 1/2 C sliced green onion tops Preparation: Cook farfalle according to package directions, omitting salt and adding Old Bay seasoning. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Add onions, asparagus, red bell pepper, and mushrooms to same skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sauté 3-4 minutes. Add chicken broth and Metro Garlique to skillet; stir to combine. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and return shrimp and hot drained farfalle to skillet. Heat 3-4 minutes.
